Easy Return Policy:

1. Within 30 days of invoice date, Will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.

 2.Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.

3.In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

4. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Although we package your orders carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please notify both Pure Health Choices at 1-800-693-0747 and the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection. We'll help you get things resolved quickly.

Out Of Stock Policy

You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.

Taxes

Pure Health Choices does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Illinois. If you order in the state of Illinois, you will be charged an additional 7.75% for sales tax.

Cancellations
